Not so. After the installation of the electronic weighbridge, the manufacturer of the electronic weighbridge should check whether the connection of each part of the electronic weighbridge is intact. The electronic weighbridge should not touch any part of the foundation. The distance between the electronic weighbridge and the surrounding edge guard is 10mm - 15mm. 1. After the key points of the electronic weighbridge are debugged, the weight equivalent to the maximum weighing capacity is evenly added to the electronic weighbridge bearing platform. After making the display value and the weight value common according to the directions and methods described in the instructions of various weighing indicators, remove the weight and confirm that the empty scale is displayed as "0". Finally, the maximum weighing capacity is divided into several parts, which must include the minimum weighing capacity, maximum weighing capacity and each weighing point with tolerance change of the scale. It is required that the weighing error of each point of the electronic weighbridge is not greater than the maximum tolerance requirement of each weighing point.
2. Use a digital voltmeter to measure the output voltage of each weighing sensor of the electronic weighbridge in sequence. If there is something different, the details of the electronic weighbridge can be adjusted separately from the corresponding two fine adjustable resistors in the junction box to reduce the difference between them. However, attention must be paid to the adjustment amount. The rotation direction of the two adjustable resistors must be the same, and the rotation amount must also be the same. When rotating clockwise, the resistance decreases, the output voltage increases, and the apparent value increases, otherwise, the reverse is true. The electronic weighbridge is recommended until it is adjusted to the output of each weighing sensor of the electronic weighbridge. The commissioning can generally be carried out using the weight method. Place 1/10 of the maximum weighing weight on the central position of the electronic weighbridge bearing platform and the bearing platform above each weighing sensor in order, and accurately measure the difference output of each weighing sensor with the real difference method, and separately adjust the two fine adjustable resistors corresponding to the weighing sensors of each bearing point of the electronic weighbridge, Reduce the difference between each other, but the direction and amount of rotation are also the same.
