How to debug the unbalanced load of the weighbridge

Preparation before commissioning:

(1) Check whether the sensor is vertical and execute it (if there is any violation, adjust it to the proper orientation).

(2) Check and adjust the reserved clearance of the limit device (usually it is appropriate to arrange it within 3mm~5mm).
(3) Check whether the connecting parts of the weighing body are connected (the connecting bolts connecting the two weighing bodies should be tightened flat, but pay attention not to use too much force).

Methods of eccentric load test:

(1) Select the standard weight (or fixed load) close to that used for eccentric load test, and its bearing area should meet the requirements of JJG539-1997 verification regulation.

(2) Load each bearing area along the longitudinal direction of the weighbridge in order and record the indication (test and record the error before rounding). The price of the weighbridge compares all the displayed values and finds the value close to the middle as the standard value of the weighbridge. Move the load to another area, and adjust the indication value of this area to the difference between the original indication value and the specification value before rounding. If it is lower than the specification value, adjust the corresponding difference to the higher value; if it is higher than the specification value, adjust the corresponding difference to the lower value. Note: After adjustment, the zero point will usually be changed, and the indication value at a certain point will also be changed. Adjust under the indication value of the existing load, and the adjustment fluctuation is the difference between the indication value before the original rounding and the specification value.

(3) Unload, clear and basically satisfy the procedure request. However, if there is any error, repeat the operation of (2) above for the error point.

(4) The first thing is to admit that the electronic weighbridge device is correct. After the weighbridge design completes the eccentric load test in order, it is recommended to select a potentiometer to be adjusted for adjustment. When adjusting the potentiometer, pay attention to investigate the relationship between the number and direction of potentiometer adjustment turns and the change of indication value, and carry out a pre adjustment. Move each error point closer to the target value. For example, if the potentiometer turns clockwise for one turn, the indication jumps up by one index, and the potentiometer that violates the target value can be adjusted to the desired position.
