There are generally three types of foundation pit for electronic truck scale, namely, no foundation pit. The electronic weighbridge recommends shallow foundation pit and pier type. The truck scale without foundation pit shall be installed above the ground, which can be cleaned regularly without ponding, and the cost is relatively cheap; Shallow foundation pit refers to the installation mode in which truck scale is installed in the foundation pit and the surface of scale platform is level with the ground; The pier type is generally to add 200~300mm piers on the foundation without foundation pit or shallow foundation pit to facilitate cleaning, Electronic weighbridge manufacturer It is mostly used in some occasions where debris and particles are often dropped to facilitate cleaning and prevent the weighing platform from being stuck by hard objects and affecting the weighing accuracy. No precautions for foundation pit: it is necessary to pour concrete for slope approach, and it is relatively difficult for vehicles to scale. If necessary, safety guardrails are required. For safety reasons, the installation height of truck scale without foundation pit is generally controlled at about 0.5m. Precautions for shallow foundation pit: the investment is large, and drainage is required. A good electronic truck scale foundation usually costs a lot of money, so it is particularly critical to choose the right location to make the foundation. If conditions permit, the longer the straight section of slope approach at both ends of the scale body, the better.
In the design of foundation elevation, there is also some emphasis. The characteristics of electronic weighbridge directly affect the drainage of foundation pit in later use. This is why some truck scale sensors and junction boxes are often blistered.
Grounding principle: ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms- The vertical and horizontal rebars in the foundation concrete shall be tied up with more than 50% of the intersections with 16 # iron wires, and the anchor bolts at all places shall be firmly welded with the reinforcement mesh to form a distributed grounding grid- Four angle steels (at least 2m deep) shall be vertically driven near the conduit and welded into one with the foundation grounding grid - if the weighing room is more than 15m away from the foundation, a grounding pile shall be set near the weighing room - for the explosion-proof scale, it must be buried outside the weighing room and about 200mm away from the wall. If the scale is reconstructed, the foundation grounding resistance shall not be less than 4 ohms, and another grounding pile shall be added.
Finally, there is another key point in the foundation construction: after the concrete construction of the foundation pier, in principle, the standard curing must be carried out for at least 5-7 days, or the concrete strength reaches more than 70% of the standard strength, before the installation of the electronic truck scale body.
