1. After the key points of the electronic weighbridge are debugged, the weight equivalent to the maximum weighing capacity is evenly added to the electronic weighbridge bearing platform. After making the displayed value consistent with the weight value according to the positions and methods described in the instructions of various weighing displays, remove the weight and confirm that the empty scale displays "0". Finally, divide the maximum weighing capacity into several parts, which must include the minimum weighing capacity, maximum weighing capacity and each weighing point where the tolerance changes. It is required that the weighing error of each point of the electronic weighbridge is not greater than the maximum tolerance requirement of each weighing point.

2. Use a digital voltmeter to measure the output voltage of each weighing sensor of the electronic weighbridge in turn. If there is any inconsistency, adjust the corresponding two precision adjustable resistors in the junction box respectively to reduce the difference between them. The electronic weighbridge is designed, but the adjustment amount must be paid attention to. The rotation direction and rotation amount of the two adjustable resistors must be the same. When rotating clockwise, the resistance decreases, the output voltage increases, and the display value increases. Otherwise, the reverse is true. Until the output of each weighing sensor of the electronic weighbridge is consistent.

The commissioning can generally be carried out using the weight method, that is, the weight of 1/10 of the maximum weighing capacity is placed on the center of the electronic weighbridge bearing platform and the bearing platform above each weighing sensor in turn. The electronic weighbridge production technology and the real difference method are used to accurately measure the difference in the output of each weighing sensor. At the same time, the two precision adjustable resistors corresponding to the weighing sensors at each bearing point of the electronic weighbridge are adjusted respectively, Reduce the difference between each other, but the direction of rotation and the amount of rotation are also the same.
