This system is formulated to strengthen the daily management of the company's incoming and outgoing goods, standardize the use of electronic weighbridge, and ensure accurate and reliable measurement.
1、 Operating Procedures for Weighbridge
1. Strictly implement the "Metrology Law" and the "Procedures for Use and Maintenance of Electronic Truck Scale", carry out weighing operations according to the specified steps and procedures, and prohibit illegal operations.
2. Before going to work, carefully check the equipment condition, whether the system data is correct, and whether the printing equipment and paper are sufficient.
3. Weighing is not allowed when the weighing indicator shows a negative value of "0" when it is unloaded. Only when the normal status light is on can the vehicle be weighed.
4. The vehicle shall stop stably at the center of the weighing platform, so that the force on the sensor of the weighbridge is balanced, and the weighing display is stable before entering the weighing and printing operation. There shall be no people on the vehicle and the weighbridge, and irrelevant personnel shall not enter the weighbridge room.
5. It is forbidden to back up on the weighbridge.
6. The weight shall not exceed the scale of the weighbridge.
7. Smoking and kindling are prohibited in the weighbridge room.
8. It is forbidden for irrelevant personnel to operate the weighbridge.
9. It is forbidden to make emergency braking and parking for a long time on the platform of the weighbridge, and it is forbidden to do any activities on the weighbridge that may cause the weighbridge to vibrate.
10. The incoming materials must be weighed and measured by weighing the gross weight, then weighing the tare weight, and then calculating the net weight. It is not allowed to use the preset tare weight for weighing and measuring. It is forbidden to record the tare of each vehicle and each time it is skinned.
11. When weighing, carefully check whether the vehicle number, material name and quantity are consistent with the shipping list, and print the weighing list after checking.
12. Strengthen the custody of original data, and do not delete or provide data to irrelevant personnel without permission.
13. Strengthen sanitation management, timely remove sundries and accumulated water to avoid sensor and junction box failures. Keep the weighbridge room clean, place the articles in order, and prohibit unauthorized persons from entering the weighbridge room.
14. Any equipment defect found shall be reported to the management department in time and shall not be handled without authorization.
2、 Weighbridge maintenance
1. When the weighbridge operation shows a fault, the power shall be cut off quickly. If the fault cause cannot be determined accurately, the manufacturer or professional personnel shall be notified in time to deal with it.
2. The weighbridge pressure gauge is an electrostatic sensitive device. It is strictly prohibited to conduct electric welding or other electrical operations on the weighbridge. The same phase line connected to the weighbridge shall not be connected to inductive loads, such as doorbells.
3. Regularly check whether the weighing platform is clean, whether the limit clearance is reasonable, and whether there is any foreign matter stuck.
4. Do a good job in three prevention: fire prevention (cut off all power supplies when leaving the weighing room) anti-theft (lock the doors and windows after work) lightning protection (check whether the grounding wire is intact)
