1、 Failure due to unreasonable design and installation of electronic weighbridge

Fault analysis: during the installation and commissioning of two weighbridges in a factory, it was found that the two weighbridges interfered with each other, and the control system sometimes could not work according to the specified program, which often led to misoperation.

Solution: The connection of the two weighbridges is based on the four wire system. Since the temperature difference between winter and summer is large, the error is caused by the change of wire resistance with temperature. The four wire system can be changed to the six wire system.

2、 Deficiency of electronic weighbridge components

Fault analysis of weighbridge manufacturer: after installation and calibration, it was found that the weight displayed by the display instrument was increasing and decreasing, and the quantity displayed by the instrument was also related to the placement position of weights, so normal calibration could not be carried out. Upon inspection, the connecting circuit of the sensor is correct, and the display instrument and mechanical part are free of any fault.

Solution: The internal wiring of the sensor is wrong. Because the positive and negative poles of the bridge voltage or signal internal leads were reversed when the sensor was packaged before leaving the factory, the above fault occurred when the sensor was connected according to the normal color code during installation. 3、 Failure of electronic weighbridge in use

1. Weighing data keeps bouncing

Fault analysis: the instrument display is unstable, ranging from dozens of kg to hundreds of kg

Solution: the analog part of the instrument is damaged, the power supply is faulty, there are sundries under the sensor, the junction box, cable and other faults (the junction box water inlet main line is damaged or poorly contacted), the scale platform and the foundation are blocked by sundries, and there is no gap between the limit bolt and the foundation.

2. No self-test after power on

Fault analysis: after the instrument is powered on, there is no display or display of some stroke segments, and some are accompanied by a buzzer.

Solution: The external 220V power supply and power supply circuit (line, fuse, internal transformer, three terminal regulated power supply) are faulty, the instrument PCB board is damaged, or the LED display tube is damaged or the wiring falls off.

3. Inaccurate weighing of weighbridge

Fault analysis: the weighing error is large.

Solution: There is a problem between the scale platform and the foundation, the instrument is not calibrated accurately, the instrument simulation part is broken, the sensor and junction box are faulty, and the four corners are wrong.

4. The instrument does not return to zero after weighing

Fault analysis of weighbridge manufacturer: when the power is turned on, the instrument will not display zero after self inspection, there will be an error prompt or a relatively stable value will be displayed, or the positive or negative value will be displayed after the vehicle is weighed down, and the zero position will not be displayed.

Solution: There is a fault in the instrument amplification part, the sensor performance changes (hysteresis, drift, etc.), and there are sundries between the scale body and the foundation.

5. The meter displays a negative number

Fault analysis: for example, the XK3190 series instrument displays [Err03] positive overload or [Err02] negative overload.

Solution: The instrument is damaged, the power supply of the bridge is abnormal, and the sensor, junction box, DB-9 plug and other problems cause significant changes in the signal. If a scale has not been debugged, the fault will be automatically eliminated after debugging by the weighbridge manufacturer.

6. No display on the display

Fault analysis: the display quality window is completely dark, but the status light is on.

Solution: First, check whether the power plug is firmly plugged, whether the fuse is blown, whether the cable connection is broken, and whether the input and output resistance values of the sensor meet the requirements. If the signal line of the junction box is broken, scrub it with alcohol and weld again, and the system will return to normal.

7. Weighing data on electronic weighbridge weighing instrument

Fault analysis: In most cases, the electronic weighbridge junction box has water ingress or moisture

Solution: Open the cover of the junction box, blow it with a hair dryer or dry it in the sun until it is dry.

8. Electronic weighbridge display data and actual weight are light

Fault analysis: there is foreign matter under the electronic weighbridge or more than one sensor is damaged

Solution: Check whether there is any foreign matter under the scale body. If it is removed, check whether it is normal. If it is still abnormal, stand on each corner of the scale. If the data of one corner is much lighter, the sensor of this corner is damaged. Replace it to restore normal.

9. After the heavy vehicle is unloaded from the scale, a large amount of base is left each time, such as hundreds of K fault analysis:
The solution to the damage of the internal circuit of the electronic weighbridge: seal the damage with waterproof glue.

10. The display of electronic weighbridge instrument is unstable, ranging from dozens of kg to hundreds of kg

Fault analysis: the analog part of the instrument is damaged, the power supply is faulty, the sensor, junction box, cable and other faults cause signal changes, the scale platform and the foundation are blocked by sundries, and there is no gap between the limit bolt and the foundation. 11. After the electronic weighbridge instrument is powered on, there is no display or display of some stroke segments, and some are accompanied by a buzzer
