3、 Dynamic track scale with track type weighing sensor
This scheme is to select an appropriate position on the trolley track of the traveling crane, cut off a section of the original track and replace it with a track type weighing sensor. When the trolley passes the track weighing sensor, it will automatically carry out dynamic weighing measurement. The traditional track type weighing of electronic weighbridge design is mostly static. Because it is difficult for the traveling crane to accurately stay at the designated position in actual operation, the use value of the traveling crane is not high, which limits its use. 4、 Metering of fixed pulley
In this scheme, the original pulley block is hung on the specially made transmission shaft with two side plates at both ends, and the two ends of the transmission shaft of the electronic weighbridge production process are pressed onto two load cells on the trolley platform. This structure can ensure that the accuracy of the crane electronic hook scale reaches the level of 0.5% F.S. This kind of scale body structure is widely used at present.
