Installing the weighbridge is very tiring, and there are also many dangers. Special attention should be paid to the fact that when lifting the weighbridge, you should never stand under the weighbridge, and do not put your fingers into the gap to avoid being pinched.
1、 Tamp the plain soil, compact the crushed stone, and level the concrete as it is being struck. The baseplate shall be on the same horizontal plane with an error of no more than 2mm. The baseplate shall be ensured by secondary grouting; More than 60% of the longitudinal reinforcement in the foundation must be tied firmly with steel wires to form a grounding grid. The foundation must be solid and flat, and drainage channels must be well prepared.
2、 Lift the weighbridge section by section into the foundation pit (be sure to pay attention to safety, do not stand under the hoisted object, and move the weighbridge slightly when it is close to the ground). First, lift the platform with four sensors. When the scale platform is put down, please put the sensor position in the embedded part, put the steel ball and iron wrist on (be careful to hurt your hand), and insert a pin into the hole of the scale platform lap position to fix the scale platform lap.
3、 After placing the weighing platform, mark all lines (to identify which sensor), and pull the lines to the designated place. After all the sensor wires are pulled to the junction box position, the sensor wires on both sides of the scale marked in the front correspond to the wiring positions on both sides of the junction box (convenient for subsequent inspection and maintenance).
4、 Cover the weighbridge cover plate, and then level the weighbridge. How can you judge whether the weighbridge is flat? First, go to each corner of the weighbridge and jump to see if there is sound or a little fluctuation. You can also grasp the steel ball with your hands and rotate it. If you can rotate it, it can prove that the weighbridge is not flat enough, you can use steel plates to level it. The instrument can be used to detect the force on each point. If the force is balanced, the weighbridge is flat.
