● The product shall not be overloaded and shall be used exclusively for weighing. Pay attention to the temperature and dust in the operating environment
● Keep good weighing habits during use. Weighing vehicles should keep a speed of 5 kilometers per hour and load evenly. Avoid barbaric acts such as fast weighing and sudden braking, which may lead to inaccurate weighing and affect the service life of the truck scale.
● If the weighing display control cannot be used for a long time (for example, more than one month), power on inspection shall be carried out according to the environmental conditions to prevent the reliability from being affected by moisture or other harmful gases.
● It is prohibited to conduct arc welding on the scale platform of the truck scale. If it is necessary to conduct arc welding on the scale platform, please pay attention to disconnect the signal cable from the weighing display controller. The ground wire of the arc welding must be set near the welded part and firmly contact the scale body. The sensor must not be used as part of the arc welding.
● As there may be a threat of rat damage in many use occasions, some parts of the electronic platform scale signal line are exposed outside, so rat damage should be strictly prevented.
● Frequently clean the sundries on the sensor, and regularly grease the steel ball bearing the sensor to avoid rust or against the sensor, which may lead to inaccurate weighing or jumping.
● Frequently check whether the wiring is loose and whether the broken grounding wire is firm.
● Regularly open the scale cover and remove the sundries below to ensure the stability of the electronic platform scale.
● Regularly check whether the limit clearance is reasonable and whether the scale body contacts or collides with other objects.
● Regularly check whether the drainage pipeline is blocked and keep good drainage.
● If the weighing display of the electronic truck scale breaks down, it shall be powered off immediately. If the cause of the power failure cannot be accurately determined, the professional engineer of our company shall be notified to check and sort it out. The user shall not disassemble the case at will, nor replace the internal parts at will.
● The operators and instrument maintenance personnel of the electronic truck scale need special training to be engaged in operation and maintenance.
