1、 Grasp the rated range of the weighbridge and do not overload. When an ordinary electronic scale weighs, there is no great damage if it exceeds the load by a few kilograms, but the weighbridge is often loaded by dozens of tons. If it is often overloaded, it will cause serious damage to the electronic sensor, the core electronic component of the weighbridge. Therefore, the rated range must not be exceeded when weighing.
2、 The staff of the weighbridge must pay attention to the observation. Before weighing the vehicle, they must wait for the instrument to be turned on. When the value is zero, they can signal the vehicle to load to avoid damage to the instrument. And after the vehicle is weighed, the staff shall drive back and forth within the safety line on both sides of the weighbridge, confirm that the vehicle is parked at the center of the weighing platform for weighing, and maintain the correct operation method.
3、 Regularly carry out daily self calibration, detection and record of the weighbridge. If possible, self inspection shall be carried out at least twice a week. Once the weighbridge is found out to be out of tolerance, the legal metrological technical organization shall be notified in the first time to carry out maintenance and verification. In winter, before and after rainy and snowy days in North China, debris around and on both sides of the weighbridge shall be cleaned to prevent the weighbridge from freezing and affecting the accuracy of the weighbridge.
4、 Do not conduct electric welding operation on the weighbridge. It is forbidden to use the weighbridge as a grounding wire. The vehicle speed for loading and unloading the vehicle shall not exceed 15 km/h, and it is prohibited to use emergency braking and other operations on the weighing platform. After weighing, the vehicle shall leave the weighbridge as soon as possible, and it is prohibited to park the vehicle on the weighbridge for a long time. Any illegal operation may cause great damage to the weighbridge, so be careful.
