2、 If the enterprise needs to arrange according to the site, the platform of the electronic weighbridge is parallel to the ground, and the scale body is buried underground, the manufacturer must design an adequate drainage system according to the actual situation to prevent long-term ponding under the scale body and flooding of the junction box sensor;
3、 If the scale body is designed to be installed underground, it is recommended to lead the junction box to the metering room to avoid moisture and immersion. If the sensor is not unexpected, the scale can be used as usual;
4、 If the scale body is designed to be installed underground, the long-term disposal of sludge and sundries under the scale body must be designed during installation. The entrance and exit that is convenient for people to get up and down can be set on one side of the scale platform to prevent the drainage system from being blocked and the sensors from being flooded, so as to reduce the trouble and economic losses caused to enterprises due to garbage cleaning, turning over the electronic scale, re verification and other work.
If the weighbridge junction box is found wet, first cut off the power supply to avoid short circuit burning out the components and the weighbridge weighing sensor. Then wipe the circuit board in the junction box with cotton cloth and anhydrous alcohol, and then dry it with a hair dryer. Do not blow too close, because if it is too close, it will rise and burn the PCB circuit board. Generally, if the circuit of the junction box is not burned out before, it can be handled in this way.
