After the displayed value is consistent with the weight value according to the position and method described in the instructions of various weighing displays, remove the weight and confirm that the empty scale displays "0". After that, the large scale shall be divided into several parts, which shall include the small scale, large scale and each weighing point where the tolerance changes. It is required that the weighing error of each point of the digital electronic weighbridge shall not be greater than the large tolerance requirement of each measuring point.
2. Use a digital voltmeter to measure the output voltage of each weighing sensor of the digital electronic weighbridge in turn. If there is no problem, adjust the corresponding two precision adjustable resistors in the junction box respectively to reduce the difference between them. However, attention must be paid to the adjustment amount. The rotation direction and rotation amount of the two regulators should be the same. When they rotate clockwise, their resistance decreases, the output voltage increases, and the displayed value increases. Otherwise, the opposite is true. Directly adjust to the output of each load cell of the digital electronic weighbridge.
The debugging can be carried out by weight method, that is, 1/10 of the large weighing weights are placed in the center of the digital electronic weighbridge bearing platform and on the bearing platform above each weighing sensor in turn, and the real difference method is used to accurately measure the difference of the output of each weighing sensor. At the same time, the two precision adjustable resistors corresponding to each weighing sensor of the digital electronic weighbridge are adjusted respectively, Reduce the difference between each other, but the direction and amount of rotation are also the same.
