Find out the pictures in the instruction manual, and fix each circuit on the corresponding position of the junction box according to the schematic diagram above.
3. Slowly withdraw the jack, then cover the outer cover of the sensor and tighten the screws.
4. When the weighbridge sensor is loose, it can be rotated by hand. At this time, the sensor is under little or no force, resulting in unstable zero point of the empty table and inaccurate weighing data. If the spiral lifting structure is used to adjust the height of the sensor, first loosen the spare nut of the sensor base with a hook wrench, and then tighten the sensor with a hook wrench to lock the spare nut to avoid loosening again.
5. When the groove of the pressure head of the weighbridge sensor is too deep, the sensor sensitivity will be affected. When weighing, the instrument will display data slowly after the truck stops stably. The solution is to jack up the weighing beam with a jack and pad it between the sensor and the upper head with a gasket. The solution is to replace a suitable sensor head.
6. If the force on the weighbridge sensor is uneven, it will exceed the tolerance at some point during calibration. In the state of empty scale, judge whether each sensor is evenly stressed by the internal code value displayed by each sensor in the instrument. As the sensor adopts a spiral lifting structure, when the force on the sensor is uneven, the hook wrench can be used to adjust the sensor to make it evenly stressed.
