1. There is no water immersion and moisture intrusion in the junction box of the load cell. If there is, dry it with a blower and then wipe it with alcohol.
2. Check whether the weighbridge body is flexible, whether there is foreign matter blocking, whether there is sediment or foreign matter at the bottom of the weighbridge, whether the jacking screw at both ends is against the weighbridge body, and whether the weighbridge foundation is sinking.
3. Visually inspect the parts for abnormalities, such as faulty soldering, desoldering, dropped wire, short circuit, open circuit, wrong connection, etc; If yes, please troubleshoot accordingly; If not, please continue searching.
4. If there is a standard weight, place the weight on each corner of the sensor in turn and check the angle difference of each corner. If the sensor display is found to be incorrect, fine tune the sensor potentiometer to make it consistent with other sensors. After the angle difference is checked to be consistent, press three sections of the weighbridge with a heavy truck to see if there is any difference.
5. Check the positive and negative excitation resistance value of the junction box, whether the resistance value is within the specified range, and whether the voltage is normal. Use a multimeter to check the resistance value of the positive output and negative output of the total output. If not, please continue to check. Disconnect the sensors one by one. Use the above method to measure the resistance and voltage values of the positive and negative excitation terminals and the positive and negative output terminals, and find the damaged load cell. If not, continue to find.
If the weighing display instrument displays the fault code through automatic diagnosis or detection, the product specification should be carefully studied, and the corresponding fault should be checked and handled according to the fault code and prompt, which can generally return to normal. If it is not good after treatment, only replace the instrument or the instrument motherboard.
