1. Foundation construction requirements
There are generally two installation forms of the weighbridge, one is without foundation pit, the other is installed in the shallow foundation pit. The surface of the platform of the weighbridge in the shallow foundation pit can be flush with the ground, and the site looks barrier free and beautiful. The platform without foundation pit is higher than the ground, which is convenient for maintenance and low in cost. Generally, the platform without foundation pit is installed.
The concrete foundation of the weighbridge must be poured and the soft soil must be avoided. If another area cannot be opened due to the limitations of the site, it must be reinforced. At the same time, drainage facilities must be built to prevent the weighbridge from flooding into the water. During construction, the concrete grade shall be ensured, and the position of anchor bolts and cast iron baseplates shall be correct and the embedded parts shall not be displaced. The secondary grouting method can be used to locate the anchor bolts and cast iron baseplates. The levelness and elevation of each cast iron baseplate must meet the requirements of the design drawings. The height difference in the same plane is not more than 3mm.
2. Lightning protection measures
At present, microelectronics technology has been widely used in electronic weighing instruments, but it is extremely sensitive to external interference such as over-voltage, over-current, electromagnetic pulse and has extremely low tolerance. In order to ensure the stable operation of the system and prevent lightning damage, the measures in the design and installation of the weighbridge shall be determined according to the lightning stroke.
